I am aware that my participation at the Zadar Outdoor Festival 2020. (hereinafter Event) is somewhat risky. I acknowledge that neither the Zadar Outdoor d.o.o. (hereinafter Organizer) nor any associated society, is in any way guilty if I hurt myself. If I cause damage to any other person or property, I take responsibility and make sure that the Organizer, and none of its associated society suffer any damage related to the event.
I agree to abide by the Organizer's rules of competition and security for my own and the good of other people. I checked my equipment and found it to be correct, properly maintained and suitable for the Event.
I agree that the Organizer can record and use audio recordings, video recordings and photos from the Event and use my name, display, voice, character, performance in all media, solely for the purpose of implementing and promoting the event and attracting the interested public to participate in the Event or future events organized by the Organizer.
The Organizer has the right to use, broadcast, display, expose, reproduce and/or make publicly available material recorded during or related to the Event in all media, including, without limitation, radio, television, cinemas, events, data carriers and the Internet.
The Organizer has the right to make any changes, interruptions, cuts or other changes to and from the material and to use such modified material without any limitation. I am aware that I will not have the right to approve the material and that there is a possibility that I will not be mentioned as an Event participant. I also do not expect to achieve any financial benefit from my appearance on any material related to the Event.
I have the right to use my own camera at the Event for the purpose of recording content and using such content for private purposes, or only on my own website and on my social media channels
